About
This is an event planning & guest management application for desktop,
mobile and touch screen kiosk. It consists of host, guest and venue sides, that interact with the system before, during and after the event.
I designed all parts of the application, and it's website as well.
The challenge was to unite all aspects of event planning in one system and by this to simplify the event planning experience and make it fun and productive for the non professional in this field.
The Host Side
Creating a tool, that would help parents in big families to give the family members their medicine/food supplements at the right time. To keep track of the intake and be able to watch and manage the process for the necessary period of time.
The Overview page
This is the Dashboard of the event host.There is the most important information of the event:how much time left, how many guests are invited and seated. The RSVP status.
Guests managing page
At this page, the host can make the list of guests, invite them, see the RSVP status and track the invitation.
The Seating Layout Page
The Host can compose each table by drag and drop the names from
the guest list to the seating layout.
